Good: Job security, will get exposure of huge infra projects Bad : Traditional and Conventional techniques, not in par with MNC's. Ugly: Internal politics, appraisal system.

Good Learning experience

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. was the first company that I worked for after completing my undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering. It was a multi million dollar project which involved the construction of a cut and cover tunnel, ramps and station building for the Delhi Metro system. It was project in which I got a chance to directly apply the theoretical principles on the field. Every day at the site I was tested for teamwork, technical knowledge, leadership skills, time management, initiative, endurance and innovative solutions for everyday problems. I was in charge of construction of the box tunnel right from the excavation phase till the final concreting stage, all the while complying with construction drawings and maintaining strict adherence to quality control and safety.
