Good Administration overall... only for civil engineers

but spoiled at site lvl. in chamchagiri..future is dark for mech. only civil er. can adjust. CO Management are not aware of site management. Bad/ Improper/Unjustified Appraisal system. May be BEST for GET/Trainees. Dark future in Marine SBU.

Good work place

A good work place, secure job. Generally good support from colleague and seniors. The company is conservative on growth and growing at 20% every year. HR and career growth policy are not transparent.
