Would not approve of the place

Site Engineer / Inspector (Former Employee) - Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir - October 1, 2019

You would get a day off in 2 weeks. They treat employees like they are slaves. The company expects you to work at a site for 12 hours a day for 13 days out of 14 days.

I have been worked during the year of June 2008- Aug 2010 as a Executive Engineer. I had involved Site grading,godown construction,piling,pile load test,pile built up,wall &roof,pre stressing work. I have been learned a lot of things in that site and worked very hard.I was work with effectively and enjoyable and very hardest part of job was tanks roof installation.

Look after tunnelling work as a Tunnel incharge

1) Routine check inside the tunnel.2) How to work at site and how to co-operate with your co-workers. i learnt very welll there.3) Management was very co-operative and good.4) My co-workers also very helpfull and co-operative with me.5) Sometimes, have to work in night shift continously.6) celebrations at site and in campus like, new year celebration etc.
