No Life Balance No Work Culture Poor Management with low level domain experience (even a supervisor or executive is far better then them) No personal and career growth (Employee working more then 5 years do the same job) No Bonuses and lot of deductions in take home salary Poor Cab service (Facilities) and HR (They are not even concerned about employees and their health)
Best platform to start your carrier with as a designer. learning, training and development provided at a professional level.
Great learning opportunity, cooperative staff, employee engagement should be practiced more to reduce the attrition rate. company should also be concerned about employees health. apart from everything the company is a great place to work in and build up your career. salary is done on time. over time is paid. A reliable and fair company.
cab facility provided, supportive environment for fresher by team, great professional learning.
rotational night shifts, over times during workload is stressfull

It was 1 month internship as a Media Intern.Me and my team covered the complete process of their work along with many bytes and reviews of employees .We worked under HR group of Affinity x and working in Advertising company introduced us to another part of media field that is digital and print advertising. We did a corporate video for them. It was an amazing experience.
The most hardworking but competitive part of my life, workplace was good with the management as well, good mentors as well as Team leads.Learnt many good things Hardworking especially, working for 8 hours completely with night shifts was a bit hard but enjoyed the journey.
It is nice experience with company. At the time of peaks and November to December i have faced much difficulties with deadlines. The management system is average. learned team handling skills and improved communication. My hardest part of job is dealing with escalations.
