Typical call center work, shifts and weekends. had KPI's to hit each month, if failed a call check you could lose your bonus that you have worked hard for.

Productive, no micro management,

Your own caseload.No micro-managing.Flexible working.WFH and working from site opportunities.Great canteen availability. Brilliant TLU managers. Nowhere near the standard CSD call centres

Awful place

Don’t bother stay away terrible! Treat you like rubbish and the pay is awful and no bonus incentives. No opportunity to get promoted fairly either unless you blow smoke up the right people.

Not my cup of tea !

The floor management were clicky and inexperienced. Not a great place to work. Micro managed with unfair assessments. Current experience totally ignored and treated like children.

Blame culture not valued low wage high work load

Not valued. Low wages for experienced staff. Blame culture. High work load very toxic environment not a good place to work very much system of favouritism

Typical call center

Typical call centre, a bum in the chair. Company did do very well when it came to covid and got everyone working from home which as far as I’m aware is now a hybrid approach. Very hard / unrealistic on targets & management get it in the neck if the team isn’t successful.

pay could be better

only good part of the job was working with some nice people. Most of those people have moved on now as the work isn't enjoyable and the pay isn't very good.

Great place to work nice people who laugh the job can be busy but they do look after you! Can give you good job incentives the money is bad for what you do

Focused on the purpose of the business.

Well-established organisation with a sharp focus on serving the UK Insurance market. Considerable work to transform all the business platforms to more agile and modern setup.

Mostly a nice place to work

Some of the managers dont speak to you only if they have to. I came back to work after the last covid and was ignored in the office not nice 😑 just makes you feel horrible

Too Many Targets

Under valued and under paid. Too many targets to hit for minimal commission. The Customer Service Team are expected to sell, sell, sell, no thought given to the customer. Disappointing really, on the outside it seemed to be a good company.

Great company Great People!

Always looked after and yes it's busy but if it wasn't you wouldn't be needed. Since they removed targets and increased base pay instead of bonus, It is much less worry about hitting targets and focusing on what each customer wants or needs.

Used to put staff and service first but that's questionable now.

I worked in claims areas for many years. Learnt good customer service and leadership skills and made many good friends and delivered a high quality service . The culture started as very human based on small teams focused on engaging individuals in their work. Perhaps inevitably it changed into a corporate culture as the company grew. Increasingly the focus seemed to shift onto being 'seen' to do the right thing rather than doing the right for it's own sake as the financial performance of the company dipped . The hardest part of the job was keeping on top of the volume of work as staffing was always kept lean but the team was always a huge joy to work with. The best part was the variety in the role.

I've had good experience with this company mainly because of my team. They were all supportive and friendly. The job itself is not too hard or stressful.

This company made 100 staff redundant on a whim during the pandemic so that probably tells you all you need to know about their values and commitment to employees

Great place to work

I worked at Ageas for just under 10 years before re locating. Best company to work for by a mile. They care about there people and are as flexible as possible.

Helpful management and fun job if you like speaking to customers

Great secure job with plenty of training and opportunity for progression. Supportive management who actively encourage building great relationships withingl the dept/team. Enjoyed working there just had to relocate and unfortunately could not continue

An extremely toxic micromanaged environment. It isn’t about what you know at this company it’s about who you know. Regardless of how hard you work you will be shown no appreciation.

Work somewhere else

Awful place to work, over worked and under paid. Senior management look after themselves and do little to no work. Would rather take a shot to the testes than work for this company.
