Very good company

work environment of company is very good and specially management is very cooperative. i have worked for 10 years and i learned a lot. Yearly increment is very good as compare to other pharma companies. no any extra hours work in company "come on time finish your work and go on time."

Day started , with checking and replying emails of field staff,resolving their SAP,Monthly Expenses and other field related problems.At the end of the day giving all feedback and summary reports to my immediate Manager. Learning: daily challenges were daily learnings Management : I WAS reporting to General Manager, small management team consisting of Field sales manager, general manager and MD. Co Workers: Had a team of 6 colleagues working with me having similar responsibilities Hardest Part: Creating monthly sales summary reports accurately for General Manager Enjoyable Part: Every Challenge was enjoyable
