My overall experience is well and good ...

What is the best part of working at the company?It s best to work in company getting good opportunities for only freshers ...not for experienced people...any location hr also tough when they don't want immediate reliving they are providing without any notice so bad to gain it....What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Not stressful to work ....but without intimately giving sudden notice is painful to take it....What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Environment and cultures are good What is a typical day like for you at the company?Last working day without any notice moving

Great place to work

Company is good. Work life balance. Pay is less. There are interal politics at the time of promotion's. Only favorite candidates of managers will be promoted. There is no value for talent or knowledge you have.

Good place for freshers, but as you move up ladder in growth, politics start right from selection of qa, team lead.

For freshers good place, however not so great for team leaders, QA, as politics start.Compensation is not too low nor too high, it's decent but appraisals from last few years have been not good.

Overall Fine. It depends on the chosen role and project you have been assigned. Personally for my role it requires a lot of interaction with the management which is kind of okay for me anyway

Fun workplace.. Good place to start a career

Night shift experience is half better and half worse.. For me night shift seperate from my surrounding people and culture.. Overall starting career with AGS is best far as i know..

Good environment

Incentive policy is great. They will move to next level definitely. Not sure about whether other medical billing will do but Ags will. Good shift timing 6.30 to 3.30.

It is worst company with no benefits he gives a lot of work working on weekends but it gives very low salary so employees suffered a lot it didn't work satisfaction so they didn't work not interested

Immature management

What is the best part of working at the company?One of the worst organization.. they only know how to fire employees, no job security at all. Worst management, immature HR management.. Ok kind of a thing company

If you wanna do like a part time job and not in a professional it’s okay to be a part of this organisation, apart from that the career growth and the incentive structure is not that great, I would recommend the guys out there to find a better organisation which provides the better growth of the career.

Very low salary when compared to other health care... overtime wirk they say Saturday Sunday holiday but we have to work on these days.. government holiday also we should work..no work life balance
