Ags transact technology limited, is great place to starting ur career journey , everything is good there organization introduced new technology everything is good . Just only one MANEGMENT level EMPLOYE work slow MANEGMENT level EMPLOYE doesn't response first 6 month there is no issue to work salary and expenses receive time 2 time , but after 6 months company give only salary expenses amount pending even from October to till date not receive expenses amount .and pressure from MANEGMENT level to change job location at same salary or left this organization. One one reason to left this organization is that expenses amount not receive at same time .

Facing very bad experience at AGS as field service engineer

Its 24x7 job profile, challenging and every minute count for company,not a single leave facility for employee,no work from home, on field you have very less time to learn ,most of time without training you have to do work , engineer use to learn from scratch on this place , management support not available they need only work, there is no any office at some regions use to handle from home only, zero enjoyment policy

the management is just only looks for the profit and they are not take care of the employees welfare. they are giving pressure to work in 24/7 for each and ever employees. In mid night also they are do the work in ATM machine without the security. Actually i was worked as a ATM services engineer so they were put there pressure on me to do service in mid night without any security.

i was working good over there but i got an offer from Hitachi payments so i decided to move on . i was feeling free when i use to work over there

I learn a lot from the team,manager and the management .Co workers are very friendly and supportive.Management and colleagues helped a lot in problem solving and situation handling.
