A typical day at work learned more how to manage team ho to coordinate with the customers & team to take call, not to take calls. Company is big but working in the voice process around 7 years in rotational shifts is preferable because of it caused health issues to me.

the management is just only looks for the profit and they are not take care of the employees welfare. they are giving pressure to work in 24/7 for each and ever employees. In mid night also they are do the work in ATM machine without the security. Actually i was worked as a ATM services engineer so they were put there pressure on me to do service in mid night without any security.

My day at AGS starts typically by first going through the RFP's .With a fresh Mind first thing i do is to scan the RFP and jod down the important points . Also discussion with the team and managemnt about the existing projects . Managment at AGS plays a crucial role in developing the skill set of employees also taking at most care of keeping balance between personal and professional life . The most challenging part of work includes sudden escalations which might pop up any time during the day. The enjoyable part of work is sudden surprises and change in work priority with minutes .
