The future is bright for the company with new destinations being added regularly. HR Management is very rigid in terms of salary appraisal. Poor maintenance of Sharjah Airport Hub that needs renovation.

Good Advancement Platform

Brought the sales up by 67%. Learnt, how to diplomatically handle situations. Management need to look up for changes for betterment in long run. Co-workers are initially supportive. Hardest part of the job were frequent re-location of employees. Most enjoyable part of the job was having free hand in the initial phase.
