How should you prepare for an interview at Air India?

I will prepare myself through aviation book and seek the knowledge from my friends who r working in this field and probably I Will also take the help of internet

Basically it depends on post applied for ; since Air India got variety of departments one should prepare mainly for the nature of job he/she appearing for. air India recruitment board never ask any complicated question during interview session . Normally they conduct three round of selection method like written exam,group discussion and personal interview followed by medical test prior to final selection. Sometimes selection includes direct walk in interview and in that case you have to appear for group discussion and PI only. Always remember during group discussion do not loud while putting your logic on certain topic because selectors always choose those person who put their points politely and specific to their point .
