1) A typical day at work is when i was posted for scanning of register baggage for specific flight and founded a type of contrabanded item and the following things happened that makes a typical day at work 2) I learned about mass function of the airport specially anti sabotage movements and its standard operating procedure along with basic of other departments. 3) Management was been much help for the staffs and good cooperation among it, that boosts us more to work hard. 4) Hardest part of job is scanning register baggages during heavy movements of flight and passengers movement in peak,how ever i use manage but bit hard to interpret while in large amount passengers movement. 5)The onboard check in aircraft which is like glamour thing and complete check on board an aircraft

A.O.G situations handled is the hardest part. To plan the maintenance inspections of the aircraft according to the routing prepared by organisation.

Handled Different types of passengers (e.g., checking passengers in, dealing with passengers enquires about flight departure and arrivals, Providing boarding pass and luggage labels, informing passengers about luggage restrictions, giving seats numbers and taking care of special needs passengers . Highlights: — Communicated effectively with different countries passengers. To provide all necessary information to passengers and make their journey easier and comfortable. — Provide assistance to passengers on arrivals and departure, ensuring high quality and professional passengers service is maintained all time — Check in passengers and issuing boarding pass and luggage labels up to last destination. — Assist in dealing with problems such as delay, excess baggage or denied boarding. — In Arrival hall opening the transfer desk, providing the necessary information about passengers next journey and guiding them to proper place. — Supervising load and unload of baggage. — Updating and monitoring a computerized flight information of departure and arrival. — Handling complaints and answering telephone enquires about departure and arrivals of flights. — Monitored the check in queue keep passengers informing about checking delays and identifying and giving priority to the frequent flyers and maharaja club members.

Being a Manager - Incharge, always i would expect my phone ringing with various problems. We need to be at the job always expecting contingencies, crisis management at work spot. We as Managers meet all Customer related problems and ensure customer satisfaction. I would say that my job is sometimes relaxing and sometimes it is highly demanding to meet deadlines. I enjoy teamwork and feel happy when we meet the time schedule as a team and see a happy customer walking out of our office.
