The employee should never hear about positive performance or performance in need of improvement for the first time at your formal performance discussion meeting unless it is new information or insight. Effective managers discuss both positive performance and areas for improvement regularly, even daily or weekly. Aim to make the contents of the performance review discussion a re-emphasis of critical points.
it was really dream to work in air india, the leading airline company and the biggest in india having the largest hangar in whole of asia. Its really a place from were i have gained lot of knowledge about the job or the field of aviation. there is were i learnt how to work as a team, complete jobs in time handle minor to major priblems. how to be a good co-worker and do the job with discipline.
canteen was really cheap.
Worked in Airindia Mumbai as a trainee in 'Quality Control and Technical Service' department for one year.(29.4.2011 to 16.4.2012) and there by worked with various sections as below. Technical section, Logbook section , Major items section, Aircraft dry lease, Timely renewal of Aircraft Airworthiness Certificates. assisted in MPD updation, preparing DFPs of B747 aircrafts, assisted with personals from Je Telesis company as they preparing DFPs of A310 aircrafts. Assisted in preparing C of A, ARC , Export C of A of A310 Aircrafts. etc
