LikesPlenty of work load from 8am to 10pm some times you can do work more than 10pm also, Work wise every thing is fine but you can't give time for family, SOP's and Systems are very nice.DislikesVery poor in Heirarchy system, more one man show, Fully utilising and siding after work completion. Liking fission familied persons only, Company never bother about the employee requests, requirement and the needs, Your offer letter (paper) designates you with one level and asks you to work for higher level without any paper confirm
