Senior Scheduler- Cockpit Crew Scheduling (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - August 2, 2023
Favouritism, targeting employees, politics not a good place to work in 8 years this was the worst company I have ever worked. Even if you complain to higher management they will start targeting you. U complain it to hr they won’t hear you out also.
Cons
Favouritism-if u complain it to hr as well they won’t hear u out also

Insights into AirAsia
Areas for improvement
- Support from manager
- Inclusive work environment
- Trust in colleagues
Doesn't worth it
Flight Attendant (Former Employee) - Jaipur, Rajasthan - April 11, 2023
Extremely low salary. You've gotta work you as* off to get such a small money. No rest in between flights. Tight schedule. You only get a few hours to take rest and look after your health.

Productive and good place to work
Scrum Master (Former Employee) - Kolkata and Mumbai - February 19, 2023
Though very challenging in both of my stations i.e. Kolkata and Mumbai, still I had learnt a lot, from both the places. The culture a both places had taught me a lot about how human minds behave under different situations which helped me to get a winning team as a Scrum Master.

Fun workplace
Senior Cabin Crew (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - December 26, 2021
It was overall a good experience working there. I enjoyed my work until i was working with Airasia. For a beginner in aviation It is a good airline but it needs to pull thier socks when it comes to training staff because i find them a bit casual rather than professional which ends up to more complaints from customers which is not a very good sign in market .

Terrible A.C maintenance
A-320 Captain (Former Employee) - Delhi - October 14, 2019
Often there are MELs. Some are questionable. A few are simply unsafe. Many A.C. have old PACs so, in summer time, on the ground, It can be 32c in the cockpit! Schedule changes often.
