workplace culture is quite biased. people are selected and positions are created. Not equal opportunities. Leadership should not think Diversity is only Gender diversity, it is the new reservation

Worst job culture. No work recognition. Personal relationships and influencing via politics works well in the organisation. Worst experience. Old technology. Nobody knows who does what. Very old processes. Heads are useless. Only talking and nothing in action. Same subject discussed over 10-20 calls with going nowhere.

Airbus India was a good place to work with above average pay and benefits in comparison with industry standards.A diverse project portfolio was always available to choose from when starting any new work.Work life balance was given utmost importance.
