Good working culture but hadso issues due to business loss.as of now there business has been closed and at a time they have 5k employee out of job and everyone suffered lot

Aircel has provided a productive and progressive work environment t all employees which has amplified the problem solving attitude. The Daily Standup and periodic meeting with all the team members and Management has inculcated the habit of turning a problem into an opportunity.

Very good atmosphere. Competitive but not coercive. Good people. Pressure was there to perform but support was also there. Result oriented and focused on the strength of the company. Good selection of manpower, strong HR department was a help.
