Airtel is the best company around the world. It’s customer service and network availability’s are good.
I have been working here for a 5 years and I never feel uncomfortable here. The company’s policies against customers and employees are very friendly or beneficial. I loved to work here and in future I always wanted to be work at telephone companies .
Airtel is a great place to work. They listen to employees ideas and often ask there opinion on how to improve things. They have worked hard to create a family feeling work environment. Management is regularly seen on the floor and interacting with employees to keep moral up and to see for themselves what is happening.

Work under team...we have to connect with customer through phone calls and clarify their doubts thru phone AND also access with some computer doubts

Monotonous calling to customers and payment details updates and working on dead lines to be met end of day Learnt to communicate effectively We were outsourced so can’t comment on management of organization Dealing with irate and paranoid customer and our inability to take smallest decision to write off even the late payment fee was hard part of work. To see the metric in green end of the month and receive goodies for good performance was an enjoyable moment.
Interaction with customers
No assurance of job
Working in Airtel kept me continue busy on my work, company gives more important to learning and development of the staff and performance, due my first job I started my carrier on responding on calls and emails and today I am professional of customer care Industry.
The work culture was good and friendly. I learned how to manage calls with confidence. The most enjoyable part of the job is when I use be star of the month.. The hardest part of the job is to convince the customers bill they have received is correct. A typical day at work was when boss was ill and I have to be floor manager for a day.
working in hot weather
Great place to work to work as well as to learn. Love the ethics but only problem is no one is practical. Only know the hypothetical way of teaching as well as working which according to me is only investing your time without any proper knowledge
very good experience. friendly atmosphere. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hardest part was customer satisfaction. And the most enjoyable part is good relationship with the staff and the staff was very cooperative.
Initially on the first few days at work it was really nerve wracking as usual for any fresher. But unless other than the first few days all the days at work were literally enjoyable. The main advantage while working with a multinational company or a multi diversified organisation is its work environment of multi national culture. While interacting with the individuals from different part of the globe lead us to grab and gain extra knowledge and to maintain a good rapport between the co-workers so that we employees can deliver our best to the customers. On the other hand as common in any field of trade and work there were hard days and targets which really burns and boils my mind. But I considered and approached those situations in an optimistic view where I could implement my Managerial skill. Each day was an experience in all aspects. I do need to highlight the most important side of the job where I could exchange my views and suggestions to the higher administrative levels in the organisation where I was gratified.
I am a person who wish to travel a lot.I got very good travel experiences in the place I worked .
