It's a great company and work life balance is great! Salary hikes are amazing as well. Management is very friendly and company provides a lot of perks and benifits. No one puts pressure to work as long as you do your work correctly on time

Its an amazing place to learn without fear, where in you can challenge your limits and the management is very supportive in terms of letting you take the leap of faith. Great place to work for if you're in the right team

Most of the teams in Akamai India are dependent on US teams. So, almost every team works on shifts. Workplace facilities, cabs etc are great and so are employee incentives which include free medical check ups, parent health insurance etc. Past three years of akamai has had aggressive layoffs. Hikes are pretty decent.
