Pathetic work culter here, you just feel like a prisoner in their office, I left it during training period itself. One is not allowed to go out even in the lunch breaks, for marketing people it is mandatory to punch in in the morning and punch out later the office closure. Totally not recommend if you want to live... but if u have agreed for money and no personal time needed only then you can work here.

I believe that working with good people matters because then the work environment is good...I try to keep in mind that it's a short journey.

Collaborative but slow paced

Salary is good they give it on time no discipline buttering people are successful

Working environment in institution is very stressfull seniors do not coperate juniors No proper training Seniors do not give proper instructions and for every mistake they put on juniors flatters are successful in the company
