Its was great experience to work with Akumentis. Its a family. Superiors are supportive, colleagues were cheerful. I was looking after indirect taxes & MIS as well as CFA operation. The profile as Accounts receivable manager so review of BRS & Ageing report was crucial task & also having followup for overdue recovery. Overall its nice journey.

I joined as 4th employee of Akumentis. So right from office premises, creating process & policies, hiring right talent, creating performance base culture, PMS, statutory and employee engagement. I got experience of launching a new organisation. First three year were bit challenging w.r.t. identifying right Talent, attract the talent and to retain them.

It was a new company but its work culture,company marketing strategy and management was excellent. Actually I have learned there to take the responsibility individually and also learned to discuss on CRM with customers. Management and my seniors were so good that they even not make me feel that there is is any hard work needed to get success. I have achieved CEO Gold madal and in all India 1st and 2nd ranking in Dolanzen and Repepsa D. My 1st year achievement that launching year achievement was 48 lakh. I have lert that company because of my Goal to became ABM and at that time there was no vacancy for that post.
