You cannot expect too much growthWork culture is good , need to improvise a lot for teachers salary, too much politics, You have to butter center head everytime

Not good.Pay is very less as compared to work.Increament is very slow or less.Work culture is too good.You can get a good time to teach but in terms of salary it is very poor.

Good place to work

Allen is a very good place to work. Management is very supportive. Gives ample opportunities to grow. Increments depends on the centre as well as the no of classes delivered by you throughout the year.

Noone appreciate. They want us to learn and do by our own without any proper training. If the target is not completed we are threatened by our manager that we will loose the job which I haven't seen in any other company

It is a very good company , it values employees a lot. If you are good at your work ,then yearly increments are one of the best. If you love teaching then allen is one of the best places to work. It is a fast growing company and job is well secured.

You will regret working there.. no benefits.. you will get increment if you know to survive politics.. Bad company to work with.. lot of politics.. do not join.. salary deductions are sudden. They do not justify their salary deduction ever..lot of harassment

Worst place to work,management not listen anything from your side nd put unnecessary burden of work on you without clarifying the work culture

Partial treatment

I worked in Allen for few months. It was not that fruitful. Training will be provided by co workers for namesake in the name of senior employee. Partiality among teachers and admin. While joining itself HR asked me to keep distance from faculties. No work life balance. I was the only female employee among others in non inaugrated and non furnished building which happens to be the New center. They didn't even mentioned salary in offer letter. Management Is poor in south region.
