They take your interview for the desired role/profile and then later they hire you for another role/profile.
Poor management. No one is there to listen to your problems.

good place to learn and work
ASSITANT COORDINATOR (Current Employee) - GURGAON - April 4, 2013
my work starts with checking mail from management than the routine to checking calls from inbound and outbound on NICE and saving rating than we have a tea break , we are a good team from supervisors to telecallers, i enjoy working with them. On day end i have to submit my reports to my seniors and then the shift overs and we group together and way to home.
