The most useful review selected by IndeedPart of a group hire to assist in clearing out backlog of claims. Contract was extended, but eventually let go due to shortage of work. Unfortunate as the work was interesting and rewarding.

Literal es b2b todos los dias a todas horas con llamadas que duran 5 minutos, la paga es baja para el estres mental que conlleva, los supervisores estan de adorno porque nunca ayudan ni responden, no te respetan el tiempo de capacitación te ponen a tomar llamadas desde mucho antes pero estan fáciles las llamadas

Work hard and give your all and when the busy season is over they will throw you out without notice like yesterday's trash. They do not care about employees period. Very stressful job with absolutely no support from management and was responsible for making high dollar value decisions. I saw the negative reviews and still gave the company a chance. Job was nothing like the job description entailed... extremely misleading. I ended up working in a call centre and there was no mention of this in the job posting, job description or interview. Deceitful company with zero job security.

Overworked and Undersupported
Case Manager (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - August 8, 2023
I worked as a Case Manager for 5 months and quit because I was continually bombarded with tasks and a lack of support within the firm. I had pre planned leave which Allianz was aware of prior to me even accepting the position - was assured this would not be an issue. Upon returning I was tackled with overdue tasks and urgent matters which no colleague or team leader had bothered to attend to within my one month leave. [PIAWE Calculation, explaining obligations and procedures to both injured workers and employers, Introduction / Welfare Calls, Case Conferences, MSR approvals amongst the many things which no body attended to]. Challenges: It seemed to be a recurring practise whereby “Team Leaders” would often show how many tasks each member has gotten done in the week; from my personal experience, there was not a very thorough procedure in place [staff would cut a lot of corners to get the job done fast, which meant on paper it was completed but in the long run there would be long winded angry injured workers calling in because something wasn’t followed through] From my experience, this is why some staff members turn out tasks quicker than others. Absolute chaos added to this stress induced environment as there’s no call centre , so all incoming calls eventually route and come thru whilst you’re in the middle of working [Meaning, you would have to stop one task to address the incoming phone calls matter at hand]. I recall always staying back until 7:00pm trying to stay ontop of the workload, but I genuinely stressed out to the point where I would be in tears 5 business -

It was amazing job

It was challenging but there were lots of learning. People are amazing there. Training was given just right to succeed in that role. I was happy with the work culture. We were given schedule of our work a month ahead which was good to plan personal time or vacation.

Oh yes. It was a lovely company to work for. I wish I didn't have to be let go a year after covid began. I was working remotely so they made it very easy for me to find my groove while working at home.

Managers Will gladly insult you and then Do everything they can to forget about recordings or what the Word accountability means. Never again Will I work 50-60 hours a week, help hundreds if its not thousands of customer and obtain 0 respect. Stay away, super stressful job with 0 place to be a manager or team leader. Get ready to be spoken to like if you was no better compare to Camel poo and be fired if you report whatever. Despicable place to work at.

uno de los supervisores a cargo raramente estaba al pendiente, la empresa nos puso a tomar llamadas durante 8 meses para otra plataforma aunque en la descripcion mencionaba que no se iban a tomar llamadas, fuimos liquidados pero RH nos hizo saber de ultimo minuto ya que no hay comunicacion entre los jefes de plataformas/RH/supervisores y habia favoritismos evidentes con un compañero.
