What is the best part of working at the company?remuneration is good. work ambience is wonderful. employee centric company.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?like all call centers the work is stressful.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?the company makes an effort to reduce work related stress in various ways like providing coffee vending machines and lounges where employees can destress by watching tv or playing video games. a sick room is also provided.What is a typical day like for you at the company?not much other than taking calls all day with three breaks in between.

Worst interview experience

If you are good looking and have basic English, you will be getting selected🙂. It doesn't matter how good you present, they always have a judgement before interview. Very bad experience.

Allianz is a better place to work in several aspects.they have very nice payment support for overtime and oncall.But in respect to the work life balance had a bitter time there but it is all about the team and the manager who was really bad mannered and egoistic and bossy overall.Had to work overtime almost all the days and weekends too were called to work. Toxic manager and team lead made a lot of employees leave the team

The company gives you a change to enhance your skills sets time to time basis. When I joined the company. I didn't not had a knowledge of automotive, Insurance, RSA, Team and client Management. The management helped me learn each and every aspect and I leaded teams like One shot. Australia and New Zealand travel claim and OSHC process. Also, handled OEM client and worked as a project lead for Shuttl Bus service , Ford India , Nissan India and Volvo Car India.
