Very strong job security, people Friendly organisation with learning and progression opportunities but the only flaw is the wages are very low compared to other organisations.

Management is really bad. They don't care about the employees. They only believe in harrassing employees. Very stressful and pathetic work culture. Not a healthy environment at all.

Allianz is good place to work for fresher's. However for experienced there are less opportunities. As long as you are working on global platform you get good exposure

My Opinion about Allianz:- Normal day starts with team huddles and plan of action which really worked for improving team performances and achieving targets. Learned new things throughout my career - what can be done in an organisation and not to,exposure with UK stakeholders which taught me many things.Team handling,to work under pressure. Overall management was good Workplace culture was good Hardest part of the job was - reward for the work you do Enjoyable part was - Back to college during events and quarterly outings
