best company for freshers

Good company, they pay well but there is nothing much to learn

Worked here for 3 years. Best thing is there was not any night shift and they follow 4 day working. But there is nothing much to learn. Job security is zero. If you want relaxed life you may join this company but you will not enhance your technical skills.

Mostly work on old technologies. Dont join if you have some other better offers. Management not supportive. Only pro is that they give good salary to new joiners.

Overall, a decent company for someone who wants MNC experience. However, there are a lot of things they need to improve on, for example, define process for new joinees as things aren't defined and most of the time you're clueless of whom should you approach. Also, if anyone is joining them...please keep HR convo documented as they say something different and once you join, it's different. So, keep proof handy to avoid any future issue. In my case, I clarified 4-5 times if this will be a 2 days in office jobs...and they stated YES. But, now, just after 1 month of joining they changed it to 3 days stating it's as per business requirement and you can't do anything about that. Very disappointed with HR. Another one, they gave you a different in hand salary figure and now it's completely different as they cut medical insurance and all from your salary which wasn't mentioned before joining. It took me around 2-3 months, to understand whom to approach for such queries and all as they keep on asking you to connect with so and so department which in general is HR work. But, okay. It's sorted now. If you want to learn new things then it's fine, otherwise there are many other better MNCs out there.

Not worth it
