Reviews for Caller in Alorica

AT&T customers are angry

Mostly this job is just answering incoming phone calls and trying to upsell on stuff the customers don't need. The customers mainly call in to complain about service, their actual phone, or their bill. The customers often yell or they just have no idea what is going on.

Pros

you get to sit at a desk

Cons

AT&T phone service is terrible and overpriced
