Man power is very less. Work will be overloaded. US based company so if your manager sitting at onshore.He will ask you to spend time in the Indian evenings. This is the only reason I left the company no colleagues at offshore all are onshore.

If you are an intern, be carefull. Here its a trend to keep interns as interns. I have seen interns from 0 to 4.5 years who still didnt get permanent. If you are permanent, its a great place to work for Decades.
