Good company for beginners, work and life balanced will be difficult to maintain, salary and other benefit now days very good, sales pressure was less as compared to others pharmaceutical companies, basically focused on daily doctors meet (max 13 min 10), working hours (10-12) and it's a parameters for increments. Overall very good for beginners.

Worst Behavior

I would have rated them NEGATIVE if there would have any option for that. Completely unprofessional, full of biasness by the top management, loads of resignations every month, poor and rude behaviour. They don't clear the Full and Final Settlement easily. It completely depends on the boss who hardly cares for all employees, instead he only cares for few specific employees. Worst company to work with. Anyone who has common sense and wants to have minimum peace at work place, shouldn't join here. Joining in this company would be a curse/nightmare for him/her. Top management will hire you showing dreams but soon they may start treating you as an overburden and then will start behaving rude and unprofessional.
