Best BPO Company in Nagpur

As till today time till .y work experience ALTIUS is the best company Income Across. If I ever get a chance to work with them again I'll be happy. Management is good. Growth is lil slow as compared with other companies.

CCE (Customer Care Executive) (Current Employee) - Nagpur, Maharashtra - June 4, 2022

Even if you have 3+yrs experience, you will still get the basic salary which fresher get in other companies,. Altius is offering maximum upto 18k even if one has 4+yrs exp. Salary is not that good for a living. One cannot survive on such low salary, if that one has to run family expenses alone. Worst decision to be a part of Altius.

No growth in carrier

The world most strategic and very bad people management is here, Politics is main here, there is no growth in our carrier, if u are multi talented like if u know there is no value for that, Old employees are getting same salary near 11K and new comers are getting 15K

Cool but stressful life...

Good place to work, nice atmosphere and great culture. Support from management is okay. Need to put in extra hours to complete daily tasks (if you could not manage, that is). One gets a reality check every now and then. Local management team is supportive as the guys are 'there' on the battlefield. Appraisal is just okay (I guess every company wants to save) need to fight for it... However chances of getting a promotion are high for associates as there are a lot of new processes coming in.

Great place to work. Simplified environment for a dietitian. Fixed working hours makes you value your rest of the day. Activities happen on weekly basis. You can participate in many events of sports as well. Support you through your other activities also.

I have been working at Altius full-time (almost 2 years) Pros Great Work culture Good Work Life balance Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Lovable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. Work and Fun go hand in hand. No pressure so complete focus is on your work. Cons Being a small company we don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people coming from far would be another feather in the cap.
