Supportive Management

The management is really supportive of all employment and they genuinely hear you out. Apart from that the work is pretty monotonous and nothing much exciting or new to learn.

Great experience, great job, but the people working in the company in india are horrible, they only tend to think about themselves even though they're supposed to be leaders

Very nice company to work incentives are very good you have to handle calls maximum calls are 50 to 60 calls and salary is also good senior team is also the best

Excellent place to start ur career with. You get fair growth in this company if u work hard(in a year or two). The best thing about this company are the rules which are not made to exploit the employees. Every employee is treated as a family member

It was good but after pandemic everything has changed

It was good but after pandemic everything has changed, Before pandemic the work culture and management was good, After pandemic they started putting pressure on employee they are so Customer centric that they forget that the empoyees are also human.They make you do things which you are not comfortable with under the cross skill policy.

You are not valued as an individual; you are a number & disposable at the managers discretion. stay for the money and nothing else. May look good on resume when you hunt for different position

Salary is good, work culture is terrific. We all received bonus during Pandemic for our dedication and commitment. They address all the employee greviance.

Productive and fun work place

As a customer service associate I was given all the support training and help by my trainer. He guided me through the process in a smooth and easy way.He was there to guide me when I was stuck and always gave me the assurance to help me whenever I felt low, or under duress. The resources were very handy and useful, user friendly too. They gave me the knowledge that was relevant to the issues customer had which was of great help. And nevertheless, we always had our master team The DART for tough decisions or the decisions above our authority.The tools and software that I was working on gave me an insight of how I can help the customer by all means.Overall it was a great experience working for Amazon and definitely miss it.

Good, but could be better

If you are a fresher, I would definitely recommend Amazon. It is a great place to start your work life. It's a cool place to work at. Above all, your resume would definitely have the added value of the brand name "Amazon".But it is also not the best option in the long run. Especially if you are in a lower-level job. Amazon treats its employees just like any random customer. In short, as long as you are an employee in a good position, it's all gonna be great.

Compensation must increase and the employees must be delegated frequently by their managers/supervisors for work in order to enhance their skills & motivate them for better performance & results.

At start, was skeptical to work here. However, work from home has totally proven me wrong. Nice and understanding peoples to work with. The managers here are really supportive and helpful.

A fun job turned into a nightmare because of an incompetent team leader

alot of stress, no fun, swollen eyes and consistent pressure. impossible targets and suffocating environment. It was meant to be a fun job but was quite unfortunate to get into the team of a new incompetent and emotionally disbalanced team leader, was trained by a trainer who had no knowledge about chats. If one is facing issues because of TL , there is no place to go or write to. this is a fine job for time pass or if you have nothing at all at hand.

Work culture is great!!!

Work culture at Amazon is great. The work environment is very friendly. Many employee engagement activities takes place at Amazon. Also, training sessions are conducted frequently for improvement.

Facing problem in getting promoted

Promotion problemTargets quite difficult, job promotion is really very difficult, it's not employee centric it just think of customers, managers are just selfish, they don't care they need performance every , getting a promotion in Amazon is like clearing upsc exam but exam is not difficult but eligibility of exam is very tough, I'm not happy working here


Good salary, perks, food coupon, both sides cab


Targets quite difficult, job promotion is really very difficult, it's not employee centric it just think of customers

The work was good, some times stressful but salary is good and people are nice and helpful. Proper work life balance. Job security, sometimes they might enforce overtime but other than that culture is good.
