There is job security in the job you get multiple opportunities to fulfill you metrics you get time management and also you will get paid very well.
Time management, food card, company takes care of their employees.
At the peak season you will have to handle alot of pressure.
I love working at Amazon. There is very good management and very good learning opportunities. Processes are quite clear in most teams except some pilot ones.
competitive salary, good management, very good learning environment
long hours are not uncommon
I have learned new skills with amazon.com. I have gained knowledge. Management of amazon.com is helping, cooperative and problem solving. The most enjoyable part of the job is to work with teammates as all of them are coordinating and supporting.
Amazon India has very beautiful offices fun atmosphere.Management is good.Cool workplace and lovely cafeteria.process Improvement. You can take break at any time no fix time for lunch.
Amazon company has a lot of lack of management. In just amount of income gives lot of pressure to employees and treat like slaves.I strongly not recommend to any other or my colleague.
Working hours shows work 8 hour but in company we working 10 to 12 hours in same salary.
Totally unorganized, micromanaged, biased culture from some: learning coaches, pa's, and from learning desk associates! The only people whom gets away with doing little to nothing are the people from india.., and some of the friends of clocks formed at Amazon.
Some, really hard working people
Clicks that run away a lot of people whom have the companies best interest at heart.

Work was interestingManagement was highly politicalMy boss at that time did not want to do anything but socialize but yell at subordinatesI hated the fear culture (Be scared of getting humiliated in front of everyone). That was basically the culture at the Chennai facility. Although, Seattle facility's experience was completely different and quite positive the short time I visited.
Not at all Employee friendly after few years. Politics and favouritism is clearly visible due to managers chosen from BPO sectors.
It being a captive, still feels like a BPO. No growth if you perform but are at the bottom of stack.(should give a basic minimum increment atleast). Too much micromanagement creates pressure. You need to adjust to another work timings every 3months.
If you are Exceptional performer or have good rapport with your leadership only then expect growth.
They want work horses only.
