Amazing culture but boring role

Usually same task every day, also maybe next year too. Learning on the role offered nothing unless you switch into different roles. But the workplace and the benefits were great cultures of Amazon. The hardest part is dedication and consistency to achieve performance metrics throughout and also achieving promotions. But the most enjoyable part is the allowances and perks and also the leaves.
