I was not given any promotions in my 3 year service. Lot of politics and collective humiliation was discussed and targeted. MM in AMD is the worst

What is the best part of working at the company?NothingThe team I worked for was Multimedia. There is absolutely nothing good that I felt was good in this teamWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Micro management HR of Hyderabad doesn’t care. Complaints go unheard no matter how seriousThere were some serious allegations regarding the leaves I took for health issues. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?More like a dysfunctional joint family. Personal disagreements played a role in my performance review and the manager was even vocal about it. No regrets or remorseWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Stressful Extended coffee, tea, lunch breaks were frowned uponNo knowledge transfers. Losing confidence but can turnaround
