Free food (2 solid meals of sandwiches, fresh fruits, and 2 main dishes - Poha, Pani puri, Pav Bhaji, etc + Dessert), Friday kabala parties (every team has their respective mandatory monthly contribution to fund each party)Management listens to you. If you complain about long hours, excessive work, etc, strict action is taken against your managerSufficient leavesLittle to no room for professional growth Your work is monotonous

the day starts with work assignment and it goes on with the team lead asking for the overloaded targets to be completed which makes the environment stressful and hectic extending the shift to 12 to 14 hours irrespective of no value for your work done without any appreciation.no holiday and made to work on weekends and no leaves getting approved due to work load.doing mass hiring and layoff done for all employees with no job security.very bad mangers for the Telecommunication field.

Your typical day mainly depends on the project you work on as the middle management is quite mercurial. Your work would always be noticed since Amdocs doesn't follow a concept of bench system. For permanent employees, there's a strong sense of job security however if you underperform, you will be moved to a lesser quality of work. The work-life balance is quite inconsistent, much more towards the negative side. Policy of Unlimited leaves is a major relief though. Compensation wise it follows bottom of the average industry standards .

Best company for employee care & work-life balance
