I joined as a software developer & the growth i had was tremendous. I was lucky to work in both delivery & R&D units. Initially there were legacy products with old technology but dox really jumped well into the cloud stack & now growing rapidly towards this journey.

Nice place to work. Salary structure is good. Relocation is also good option. if someone wants to settle out of India. They can settle easily.

Good learning Fun placeNice culture

This is a great place to work of you are looking for an option to on various technologies. Many roles require Technical competancies which I think should not be necessary

Good organisation , but few teams are worst in terms of learning ,politics and toxicity while others are total opposite

No attention towards employee satisfaction , not at all employee centric these days .lots of partiality and politics involved .while some projects are completely oppositr of this .

Free snacks, fun events

Long work hours, work load, no work life balance

Worst experience

They put people in Papandreou then scare you and ask to leave the company, only support projects. No development growth .Old technologies to work on. No work life balance.

Started out great but not anymore.

It was well balanced workplace, there was lot of learning opportunity if you were in your desired field. But after recent changes in organisation, everything is chaotic and this also led to shortage of workforce as a result work life balance is not there anymore, there's no clear goal in sight. Also, they don't know what to do with their freshers, and that's probably the worst thing that I have seen.

Extremely stressful

Typical day is extremely stressful, and the workculture is only work because of such high number of tasks in such less staff. The promtions are all biased it seems

Subsidized Lunch, Some onsite before covid

Extremely long works, most of them working weekends, no W&L balance

Existing employees are underpaid

Existing employees are underpaid but managment hires new employees from non telecom domain with higher payscale.Still in terms of job security, it's much better than any other organization in Pune.

Flexible working hours, Free snacks, Performance bonus, Insurance coverage

Low payscale for old employees, Favorism from managment, selective employees enjoys most of the perks

Company for retirement

I believe that for youngsters who are new in their career AMdocs shouldn't be the preference. Because for most of the project the technological stack is outdated and there is very less learning.

Team outings, Onsite Opportunities and open door policy

No work life balance. Less compensation benefits

Pros:Easy On Site ChancesFree and very Tasty food (only company in Gurgaon)Free snacks multiple times a dayWeekly Parties (on company budget)Free Office-Gym Job SecurityFliexible working hoursGood male-female ratioFree Udemy(paid) courses reimbursed by companyCons:Feels like working in a call centre(with all people around u wearing headphones)Too much tools dependency (evrything from IDE to Frontend)No Learning (Too outdated tech)No Full Stack work experience.Collegues around u would have nearly 0 learning curve.Nothing to add on your Resume after 2 years. You hardly write code there(like 2 lines in one week). No use of Open Source tools. (use inbuilt Framework which u can't modify)Service companies like increments and hikes.
