Good top management Work life balance is good, there are night shifts though. Good food and employee friendly policies. Limited work from a learning point of view. Onsite opportunities.

Pros:Easy On Site ChancesFree and very Tasty food (only company in Gurgaon)Free snacks multiple times a dayWeekly Parties (on company budget)Free Office-Gym Job SecurityFliexible working hoursGood male-female ratioFree Udemy(paid) courses reimbursed by companyCons:Feels like working in a call centre(with all people around u wearing headphones)Too much tools dependency (evrything from IDE to Frontend)No Learning (Too outdated tech)No Full Stack work experience.Collegues around u would have nearly 0 learning curve.Nothing to add on your Resume after 2 years. You hardly write code there(like 2 lines in one week). No use of Open Source tools. (use inbuilt Framework which u can't modify)Service companies like increments and hikes.
