There is no shortage of work. Although the priority of tasks changes very frequently, the most enjoyable part of the job is how one cope with the changing needs. Great learnings at the end of the day.

Good place to learn

Challanging work and projects. Good onsite opportunity.Annual hikes were decent. Amdocs is employee friendly organisation. Lot of facilities to employees

Hike percentage is very good

Good place to upgrade your skills.Team members are very good and helpful here.Hike percentage is too good if you work hard.Workload is very high sometimes but normally its ok.

do as i say.. dont ask why

management culture here is "do as i say.. dont ask why". if you express any concern with an existing process, then you are seen as a trouble maker.Company is suitable for a fresher. But, experienced people coming from other product companies will find it difficult to adapt.

Good Work Culture

It's a good company. I stayed there for a long time. Every employee is respected and the work culture is great. You can talk directly to any senior leadership. Frequnt 1-1 happens with your immediate supervisor. Round tables also happen. Amdocs pays fairly based on your competencies and performance. Those who think Amdocs underpays you should drop their rho/superiority complex introspect yourself. Of course it is not Facebook or Google or Amazon. So, don't compare in terms of salary and work. This was your informed choice at the time of accepting offer. Overall good company to work with.

Amazing work life balance at amdocs, supportive management. Cons - old tech stack . Good pay and very chill atmosphere, can be a great retirement company if you want to settle in pune. Wish it was there in banglore too

Very good company to work with

Amdocs has good work culture. Projects are also good. The only thing is you need to have a good manager who nurtures and supports you to perform your best. Work life balance is also good.

A lots of learning opportunities, travel opportunities, flexible working culture, team events etc. Udemy licence for learning. Bonus above and beyond your annual package.
