Amazing work life balance at amdocs, supportive management. Cons - old tech stack . Good pay and very chill atmosphere, can be a great retirement company if you want to settle in pune. Wish it was there in banglore too

Your typical day mainly depends on the project you work on as the middle management is quite mercurial. Your work would always be noticed since Amdocs doesn't follow a concept of bench system. For permanent employees, there's a strong sense of job security however if you underperform, you will be moved to a lesser quality of work. The work-life balance is quite inconsistent, much more towards the negative side. Policy of Unlimited leaves is a major relief though. Compensation wise it follows bottom of the average industry standards .

Lots of things depends on your project, manager and Customers review. Hike is almost nil or negligible. IJB is only good option to get hike in same company but that is also limited after 2years in same project.

It is a good company but learning curve takes a hit sometimes, if you are a fresher who wants to advance in the feild and learn as much as possible, it is not the place to be, if work life balance, family etc matters a lot to you, it's a great place, the compensation is a little less but then they don't demand a great work from you so the money makes sense
