Was very two sided experience. Some absolutely heavenly opportunities to build, extend, and express technical skills (or else die trying). However, completely stagnant regarding growth opportunities (aside from technical, that is) and consistent draconian, persecutory management practices.Perhaps okay to start out to hone some ambitious skills, but keep reasonable boundaries in mind, and be prepared to exit in any way necessary.

My 2 years of work experience in Amdocs in the CRM team has given me knowledge about product requirements, customizations and development of code as per the customer requirements. Regular interaction with customers has also given me a first hand experience of understanding customer needs and turning them into product enhancements.

• Handle AT&T customer service request like plan change, add or remove services for GPRS, IP TV, Wifi etc. • To maintain database and clear exception if any. • Worked on tools like BBNMS,PST,CRM and MyCSP etc • Do Smart chat if required with other teams in case of any issues. i have learned how to balance work and life workplace culture was amazing colleagues were very supportive the hardest part of the job was when ever i was getting any issue and after long hrs i got the solution the most enjoyable part of the job was floor activities

Managing and working on database of millions of telecom subscriber to understand the business process and offers being applied on them. Providing required technical support for testing team on various AT&T Mobility and LTE projects. Analyzing and documented any business processes changed and transformed into functional logic following established standards.
being subject matter expert in amdocs from the past 1.4 years,i learnt to get expose to new tools and technology the main bussiness ops.. I work for AT&T US Client owing production responsibilty for mobility and a core product of amdocs i.e ACS.which is also used by vadafone india and vodafore netherlands.. I work with BC tool,webtrax tool,Q,Websphere Application Server and languages owing to unix and bit java op's,.. i consider till day working is all about fun and day passes with issues and chatrooms..
