stressful and no value for work for Telecom domain

Expert RF Engineer (Current Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - December 29, 2022

the day starts with work assignment and it goes on with the team lead asking for the overloaded targets to be completed which makes the environment stressful and hectic extending the shift to 12 to 14 hours irrespective of no value for your work done without any appreciation.no holiday and made to work on weekends and no leaves getting approved due to work load.doing mass hiring and layoff done for all employees with no job security.very bad mangers for the Telecommunication field.

overall okay experience. you can have work life balance if you are not part of delivery or account team. Hike would be less. Tech stack is good if you get work in R&D.
