The company business is good, future is great.
The salary structure is fine, how employee benefits are less. Currently mid level managers are not that great. They lack the vision of hire management. The HR seem to be busy collecting attendence and no effort in making work place a better one,No employee engagement program, No yearly RNR.I see only driving factor could be salary but it will bore people soon if there is no creativity.

Life in Support project
I joined there as a fresher and I didn't have much expectation as I was hired in support. If you are joining there as a support engineer(application administrator/application engineer etc), be aware that you will have to deal with team lead/managers who will not favor/support you if you disagree with them. They have a small Cafeteria and food is ok-ok(consider this as a plus point as compared with other companies near your building). They only give you free tea/coffee, rest is paid service. They can't handle criticizing feedback, they become personal. They don't have a dedicated PC for employees(if you are working in support). Don't expect much from management or HR team, All are same.

Worst experience
Worst place to work. They have no ethics and HR is useless. They use foul words and have no second thoughts of speaking that in a private room. Dull lighting, stressful environment, no support from seniors, no training.

Average pay
Average pay and management is not good.working hrs are stringent and have to maintain it irrespective of work or not so there is no flexibility ,no work from home option and salary is low. Not much to learn as tools are outdated.

Fun and loads of learning
Learned a lot from IPsoft, from backend development to creating front end applications. The work culture is a bit hectic makes you work long hours but you will end up learning a lot.
