worst work environment

manager will do whatever he wants and we also didn't get an appraisal for 1 whole year, they will ask you to sign a bond of 2 years for a 1-month trip

Also worked on assembly line.  Basic Knowledge of all quality related terms 8D,FMEA,PPAP, 7 QC tools, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, 5S and various activities related to Training, Co-ordination. work load is very high.
