People doesn't have good knowledge and difficult to grow
The management was extremely supportive, breaks were there, lot of team engagement and team building activities. The leaders were approachable. Its a very employee centric company. Women safety is topmost concern.Work culture is very amiable , weekend fixed offs, good incentives, motivation to work, fair appraisals. The complete journey of 7 years was enjoyable.
Free lunches at events and festivals.
It had been a great time in American Express. The management is helpful and supportive. There are few people in general whom you should avoid and you will find few like them here too. The crowd in most of the sense it great, There are flaws but none of them are major and can easily be tackled.
Amazing place to work.They not only just have work for their employees but a lot of fun activities and cultural activities for every festival.
Awesome place to work. A place that values it's work ethics and it's employees more then anything. Multiple facilities such as: cool break-out areas, cafeteria with multiple vendors, good infrastructure, cab facilities, job security, growth opportunities.

Its the best place to work and grow. They want you to be with the company and would never want you to leave the company. Employees are really important for them. Similarly the customer is equally important for them and they are best when it comes to customer service. I rate them 10 out of 10 as employer
Employee Oriented Company
America Express is a great place to work. It gives the flexibility to its employees to question the status quo and implement the new ideas quickly. American Express always made sure that it is keeping the servicing Excellent for customers and employees both.
Managers grew to a position while working with Amex were absolutely wounderfull ,however managers hired from outside brought their third grade culture and attitude with them and spoiled the entire environment. However it wasnt that easy for them but they tried their best and were successful up-to an extent.
Its a Good brand to work with but every team under a manager has different work ethic as observed in my employment time. Almost everyday their is work stretch and no compensation for it. Fun activities and giveaways were there which were the motivating part. Micromanagement was there.

Work time management should be worked on. Within team employee contributions could help.

Great company to work with , but to get more exposure try to get job in tier 1 and 2 cities as in tier 3 the option of growth is limited for any company . Little bit stressed industry ,it's not easy to get results in one go , you have to show lots of patience and gut to covert sale. Amex is not doing a layoffs during Covid and even salary cut.

A typical day would start with a brief meeting with the manager and cluster managers to organize the day ahead and determine sales leads and targets. The managers and team leads always keep in touch one on one with everyone and determine what would be there individual targets. Typically a very friendly atmosphere with cafeteria services. one can take his or her work while having a coffee along with the top management and also indulge in work related conversations.
