The only issue I feel is the micromanagement and rest everything seems fine till now, including perks and benefits plus you get Certain Amex card for LTF

I was there only for 10 months

I spent only 10 months there bit it was a good experience. It was a very short duration there. I switched after my OJT from there. Did not spend much time.

Amazing place to be at

The company is a great place to work and your hard work is greatly appreciated and also rewarded at the same time. You'll find your salary before the salary date but never ever a day later. Moreover they pay on the 25th of every month which essentially tis 5 days ahead of time in the first place and if 25th happens to be a weekend or bank holiday, then we get paid on 24th.

American express is over all a good company to work for i used to work for Bangalore location not sure about Gurgaon but no facilities are provided in Bangalore, no food, transport is one way provided if your shift falls after 8pm -6am. No flexibility whatsoever regarding shift timings or breaks. Getting leaves are a very big problem. However,company has the best pay packapackage
