Ok But it is much development required

No sense of any Creativity. No atmosphere of education.Lazy professors,No original work,Copying of different work.Bad Quality of students present.Some Professors are good only others lazy.

Red Tapism, bureaucracy, unhealthy work life balance

I wouldn't suggest anyone to join here, as the industry interaction cell (dept I have worked in) is gender biased. You sleep with the deputy director, you oil him up, you will be praised. And, if you are unable to these things, your efforts will not be recognised.
This is one of the worst places I have worked with. Don't go by the outwardly facade of the university. Red tapism exists everywhere in this place.

Fun Filled workplace

Coordination & Review 1st thing in the morning with Head Office. Learned a lot regarding behaviour & speaking with Faculties. Amity is good place for enjoying lots of events, mix with highly educated peoples and fun filled interaction with co-workers. But the hardest part of the HR is need to follow-up everything with HQ, Noida.

Except AC academic campus every aspect of academic activity is not so good. No scope of doing research and good academic activity. Most of the jobs are clerical.

Amity university is a good place to work with a very good infrastructure very friendly atmosphere to work..Working in amity university you will get a great exposure.

Intervention of middle management to every activities in AUK.
Hostel warden (Former Employee) - Kolkata, West Bengal - September 5, 2016
Not up to the mark at all. Behavier of admin staffs of AUK are not good. Had not given to me joining letter. Lack of clarity in leave rules. Hostel wardens are not entitled to take weekly off and comp off.
