premise is good and work culture is also fine. But we are underpaid despite of giving crucial time over here and we also don't get any additional benefits.

Not very happy

All the non teaching staff except army person are not satisfy from their job. Here work responsibility is very hard than salary. You gives full efforts but they giving bad increments. You have working on one position but your work is not defined, although i am handling 4 job roles.

Unlike other universities Amity provides ob security,handsome salary,Medical leaves,casual leaves,sick leaves and earned leaves. Unlike other university(GLA,Invertis,BBD etc.) in vicinity in UP this is not a lala university and it has a proper and fair HR system in place.Unlike chancellors and Vice chancellors of other private universities,Pro-VCs and VCs are highly educated..Interview process is difficult but once you are in,you would love working in Amity.

The most enjoyable part of my job is the interaction with the youth of today,seeing their passion and there seriousness towards their life and goal is an ultimate feeling. One can find all kind of students in the education sector,one lot is the serious ones and another one's are the highly non serious.It is always a pleasure talking to them and seeing them becoming professionals. Being the youth of today are the future of our counrty! Help them,guide them,motivate them to do best in their life.
