Amoli is a fast growing, leader in mfg.of Diclofenac sodium and vitamin c. It's a great place to work. And career oriented company

I spent my half of the career in this company, learned lot and excellent experience carried away. MD is very assertive and employee caring man. Policy's are very good for the employee, even multinational not providing like Amoli. Work culture is very favorable to new joinee. Employee growth is sky is the limit. In my 16 years I worked from trainee Chemist to Sr manager.

Good Learning is there for intern, but stipend was not there.

Good Learning is there for intern, but stipend was not there. Learning during two month of internshop is useful for lifetime. Would recommend for internship. It would have been much better if stipend was there.

No management of work

Good for managers and above designation, no management for work. Also salary structure is very poor. No time management. work time is 8.30 hours but it takes more than it.
