A good company if you want to learn multi tasking, collaborating and taking your team along with you to ensure the growth of you and your company. Opportunities are given who are ready to innovate in their expertise.
It's very much well organized but slow growth and people who are in higher positions are really not fit in it. Don't where they when wrong. No recognition and they conduct a exit interview and they will ask con's and Pro's, and expect you to say only pro's if you say con's they'll not take you back even if your willing to join back and they'll not correct their con's.

This is a place to grow and in fact your contribution and feedbacks are always welcomed and there is a huge scope of internal opportunities . The voice of a employee is always heard .
Ample gives the opportunity to learn and develop. The team is collaborative and the shared responsibilities helps to ease the work with the increased productivity
Have many complaints in fact. Entire management runs on partiality basis. No one has a clear vision of what they are doing. Never bothered about an employee.
Going to store, Deal with customers, Reporting management has a very bad attitude. No support for employees, Good colleagues, Timing is the hardest part of job, No work-life balance, The enjoyable part is the training they provide at the beginning of the job and timely salary
No politics, thats the positive. You are given eqaul importance as any other person in the organisation. Fare treatment. You are honest, they will be much supportive. Working in retail, dint had work life balance., Better your qualification and experience, more your salary., good incentives, but achieving targets takes lot of time., as initially you dont have any customer base., apply for retail only if you have passion for it.. ✌️

Bad management. Worked here 3 years . No salary increment with always irrelevant excuse. Employee contribution and employer contributions we need to pay from our salary which they told we could get in hand.

Very pleasent company for new comers and very good seniors and team leaders are highly knowledged and place to seek customer handling skills and team managing skills, the work and responsibleness increases.
Work culture is good . Good Management and Good staff pupil. Good culture followed on festive seasons.Job culture is good but there is no benefits for employees to the expected level.
An average company with perfect salary package and benefits to join for fresher and mainly when there is any mistake happened then concerned engineer is responsible for paying that amount from his pockets why because while accepting the device we have to look very carefully and then take for the repair
And mainly how big the situation is surrounded by us no leave at all if we have the eligibility to take leave also they don't give leave and manager sunilDev is very worst in nature he doesn't understand what is what

A great opportunity for anyone who works there. You feel very safe & secure in spite of the company being of a male dominated organization. The work culture is good, you get to discuss alot with your manager, give new suggestions. Your views are always respected. A good place to work. In spite of all the ups & downs your career provides, I would say it was a great experience working there. A very great team to work.

learning from this organisation was limited in terms of sales experience, but major focus was on the daily sales report which was different from Decathlon.
Management was the downfall when it came to customer service as we faced stock issues very frequently for which the back end team would not showcase urgency to attain positive customer feedback or earn revenue from the sale.
Work place was very lively as the team showcased energy always and kept a smile even on low sale days. focused and strong team bond made the store alive.
Stock and customer requirement was one major issue with the store as we did not meet every customer demand or requirement on daily basis.
Getting to meet new clients and creating a bond with them at store level was fascinating. Customer feedback and appreciation on order fulfillment was a happy moment because we would put a smile on their face.
