Worked on pick and place machines. Have involved in making different documentations. Have performed track level checking for multi layered PCBs. Had sound knowledge in soldering and different packages for chip type components which are used in surface mount technolodgy.

Worked as a software engineer

It is good for freshers to gain knowledge from colleagues, But the management never bother about Employee well being. They won't pay salaries in time and HR team never listen to employees problems and asks employees to tell their problems directly to manager, director or MD sir. They won't give hikes to all employees in time. Please don't prefer to join here.

Worst place to Work, And they are on verge of closure. They are not in position to execute single order. They didnt even paid for their employees since last 4months

Everyday challenge, unaware of opportunity knocking the door

My career started in this organisation with a kick start and have been much delighted working with such a great team. The management has been highly cooperative towards my decisions and mentored me to make the tasks successful for implementation of orders achieved.

Products are good and execution is not so encouraging

Initially company was friendly working atmosphere and MD was so kind with the employees. Now MD has become money minded and very arrogant in nature.

Nothing to learn new , all projects are same protocol. Not implementing new concept , there is no concept of code review . Management is worst 7000 salary given to engineer , which worst. Assign project just 2-3 days before and put pressure on developer. Nothing To enjoy in analogies They are simply doing Family business.. " NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE "

good work experience

I Learned here so many things, i joined here in just for a machine operator job now i am the in charge for the department SMT, and also having the responsibility of one completing project and with my initiation our organization stats the manufacturing of battery assembly very successfully and it is a small and good organization her employ befits are less.

Not Meeting Expectations

It is a good workplace for Engineers who look for a Subject knowledge command on the technical side. I have learned about how to successfully produce a Electronic Bus Charging Rack Station. The management is good. The Co-workers(Colleagues) are good and supportive. The hardest part of my job is that I stayed late in the night for successfully complete the production of my Solar Project (Solar Bus Charger Rack Station). The most enjoyable part in my job is when I shifted from Production to Solar Department in the company.

1) Independent handling of a company 2) Learned how to make the company grow the company from 8 employees to 300 employees, Develop the Software in a start up company, Learned how to make the product to become published in all the Newspapers 3) Got the Opportunity to Manage the company at all Levels for 3 years 4) Cant stop enjoying free time with family 5) Lots of learning

joined as fresher at analogics and trained on oracle sql plsql.Trained at IBM Bangalore innovation centre on cognos reporting tool.Need to involve in multiple tasks like coding, and bit administration tasks . participated in POC for clients.
